Randolph Ramirez, J.D. is the founder and contributing writer of The Property Tip. Randolph was raised in the industry with both parents active Real Estate Brokers. He grew up knowing all aspects of Real Estate, Financing, taxes and property as a whole. Randolph’s commitment to education led him after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in International Business with an emphasis on Marketing & Finance to law school. Equipped with his Juris Doctorate and law school background, Randolph launched a mortgage company at the age of 25. Proceeding as an active licensed mortgage broker, Randolph has been educated on all aspects of lending, underwriting and loan origination. Specializing in hard to place mortgage loans, Randolph sought the mortgage consumer needed the tools to gear up for the new face of mortgage lending and launched “ThePropertyTip.com” with this in mind!
